Saat diamankan, JSI alias Jen maupun anak yang ada di dalam video tersebut sempat terkejut.

Selain itu, ternyata sudah ada penanganan dari pihak kepolisian saat pertama kali video tersebut dibuat pada tahun 2019 yang lalu.

Kepala Satuan Reskrim Polres Bitung, Frelly R Sumampow, menyebutkan video tersebut adalah video lama yang diduga kembali diunggah oleh istri bersangkutan, yang kini berada di luar negeri bekerja sebagai seorang TKI sejak beberapa tahun lalu.

 

“Jadi sebenarnya kasus ini sudah diselesaikan oleh pihak kepolisian tahun lalu. Sudah ada surat perjanjian yang dibuat yang bersangkutan di hadapan kepolisian.

Tetapi, kemudian beberapa hari lalu, kembali diunggah seolah-olah ini kasus baru. Tetapi, polisi tetap menyelidikinya,” kata Sumampouw kepada manadobacirita, Minggu (6/9).

Dikatakan Sumampouw, pelaku di hadapan penyidik mengaku jika video yang direkam pada tahun 2019 itu sengaja dibuat karena sedang marah sama istrinya yang tak mau pulang.

Lalu dilakukanlah aksi itu dengan tujuan istrinya cepat kembali pulang ke Bitung.

Diketahui informasi sebelumnya, sang istri sempat balik ke Indonesia tapi hanya menetap di Jakarta dan tidak mau melihat keluarganya di Bitung.

“Pada tahun 2019 itu, kasus ini sudah diselesaikan Bhabinkamtibmas. Tapi, September tahun ini muncul lagi dan diviralkan lagi. Menurut pelaku, akun Facebook bernama Liliana Hua yang memposting video tersebut, diduga adalah istrinya,” kata Sumampouw.

 

Namun demikian, Sumampouw mengaku jika pelaku tetap akan menjalani proses lebih lanjut, walaupun video tersebut adalah video lama.

Dikatakannya, pelaku akan dijerat dengan undang-undang perlindungan anak.

Tapi, pihak kepolisian tentu akan melihat perkembangan, karena yang bersangkutan adalah yang menafkahi anak tersebut dan masih tinggal bersama.

“Polisi sementara melakukan penyelidikan untuk tindakan tersebut. Undang-undang perlindungan anak yang akan digunakan,” kata Sumampouw kembali.
