 BPJS Ketenagakerjaan atau BP Jamsostek hari ini telah menyerahkan ke Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan (Kemnaker) 3,5 juta data rekening calon penerima penyaluran subsidi gaji karyawan tahap III untuk pekerja dengan penghasilan kurang dari Rp 5 juta per bulan.

Dengan penyerahan tersebut, maka Kemnaker sudah menerima 9 juta data rekening calon penerima bantuan subsidi upah (BSU), dengan tahap I sebesar 2,5 juta data nomor rekening dan tahap II sebesar 3 juta data nomor rekening penerima BLT Rp 600.000.

“Saat ini, data yang diterima dari tahap I dan II sebagian telah berhasil disalurkan kepada penerima dan sebagian yang lain masih dalam proses,” kata Menteri Ketenagakerjaan (Menaker) Ida Fauziyah dilansir dari Antara, Rabu (9/9/2020).

 

Ida mengatakan, bahwa mekanisme penyaluran BSU tahap 3 masih sama dengan tahap-tahap sebelumnya. Jadwal pencairan BLT subsidi gaji Rp 600.000 akan dilakukan mulai 4 hari ke depan.

Sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis, Kemnaker memiliki waktu empat hari untuk melakukan check list data yang diserahkan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan sebelum menyerahkan data yang lolos verifikasi ke Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN).

 

KPPN kemudian akan memberikan dana BSU bantuan Rp 600.000 kepada Himpunan Bank Milik Negara (Himbara) sebagai penyalur yang kemudian akan mentransfer bantuan BPJS atau BLT BPJS untuk empat bulan ke rekening pribadi pekerja baik di bank negara maupun bank swasta.

Data Kemnaker menunjukkan sampai dengan Senin (7/9/2020) subsidi gaji Rp 600.000 telah diberikan kepada 2.311.237 pekerja atau 92,45 persen dari calon penerima tahap I sebanyak 2,5 juta orang.

Sedangkan untuk tahap II, jumlah subsidi gaji karyawan yang sudah tersalurkan sebanyak 1.386.059 atau 46,20 persen dari total calon penerima 3 juta orang.

Untuk memperlancar kelancaran penyaluran, Ida meminta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan untuk berkomunikasi dengan pemangku kepentingan agar kendala dapat diminimalkan.

Beberapa kendala itu seperti duplikasi rekening, rekening tidak aktif, rekening pasif, tidak valid, telah dibekukan dan tidak sesuai NIK.

“Kami mengimbau kepada pemberi kerja atau perusahaan beserta para pekerja untuk membangun komunikasi dan dialog terkait data rekening para pekerja guna memastikan tidak ada kesalahan dalam pelaporan rekening ke BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Sehingga penyaluran subsidi gaji atau upah tepat sasaran,” ujar Ida.

 

Ia menjelaskan, masih banyaknya pekerja yang belum menerima subsidi gaji karyawan atai bantuan Rp 600.000 lantaran proses penyaluran pencairan BLT masih terus berjalan untuk memastikan tepat sasaran.

“Karena proses secara bertahap tentu ada teman-teman yang sampai sekarang batch I, II dan III belum terangkut, mungkin batch berikutnya,” terang Ida dilansir dari Antara, Rabu (9/9/2020).

Ida memaparkan, validasi membutuhkan waktu cukup lama karena ada jutaan data rekening yang masuk dari perusahaan pemberi kerja yang disetorkan ke BP Jamsostek.

“Saya mohon sabar, ini adalah prinsip kehati-hatian agar (BLT Rp 600.000) tepat sasaran,” ujar menteri dari Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) ini.

BP Jamsostek sendiri menyebut sebanyak 1,77 juta data peserta yang diajukan untuk menerima subsidi gaji BPJS Ketenagakerjaan yang tidak memenuhi kriteria Permenaker 14 Tahun 2020.
