Janda muda beranak dua ini mengaku merasa tertipu oleh oknum Kepala Dinas di lingkungan Pemprov Sumut berinisial S.

Mengapa tidak, berbulan-bulan DS menjadi objek se**s oknum pejabat tersebut namun tak kunjung dinikahi.

 

Ia pun langsung melaporkan perbuatan S ke Subdit V/Cyber Crime Polda Sumut, Rabu (9/9/2020), atas kasus pidana Undang-undang ITE tentang Perbuatan Porno Melalui Media Sosial (medsos).

Didampingi kuasa hukumnya, Hisar Yudika Purba dan Kesatria Tarigan, DS menjelaskan berkenalan dengan S tahun 2019 dari sosial media.

“Kenalan 2019 tapi pertemuan pertama 2020. Pertemuan itu berlangsung karena ada keperluan bisnis. Di pertemuan kedua, saya sudah mulai melihat gelagat dia tidak baik,” ujarnya, Rabu (9/9/2020).

S mulai berani menggoda DS, bahkan meminta berhubungan badan di dalam mobil.

“Saya punya bukti soal dia minta itu, setelah itu hubungan kita berlanjut. Setelah beberapa bulan berhubungan intens, di mana saya dijadikan objek se**s beliau.

Salah satu contoh, di mana pun ia ingat selalu meminta, mau itu di mobil, video call dengan keadaan saya telanjang padahal sedang jam kantor,” sambungnya.

DS melaporkan S karena pejabat tersebut ingkar janji.

 

 

“Dia menipu dengan berjanji menikahi namun tidak. Jadi ia saya laporkan kasus pornografi karena saya jadi objek sk**snya,” bebernya.

Dirinya dilaporkan karena menulis komentar di postingan akun media sosial (facebook) milik S.

“Jadi, apa yang dia laporkan itu sangat tidak manusiawi. Saya yang jadi korban iming-iming, kok malah saya yang dilaporkan.

Padahal di hari-hari sebelum dia melaporkan saya ke polisi, dia mengajak saya berhubungan intim, bahkan ada yang di dalam mobil. Kan kurang ajar banget itu,” katanya.

Meski sudah melaporkan DS, S masih tetap mengajak berhubungan suami-istri.

“Tapi yang anehnya, setelah saya dilaporkannya, kita masih bertemu beberapa kali dan menjalani hubungan layaknya suami istri di hotel. Itu yang membuat saya kecewa luar biasa,” sebutnya.

Terkait upaya perdamaian, DS mengatakan tidak ada upaya apapun.

“Tidak ada upaya baik apapun setelah dilaporkan. Ada beberapa kali mediasi yang dilakukan namun tidak ada titik temu,” katanya.

Harapannya, sambung DS, agar kasus ini segera diproses.
