Tunai, Kartu Prakerja, dan lain-lain, semua sedang dievaluasi,” ujar
Susiwijono kepada Kompas.com, Sabtu (5/9/2020).
Dalam evaluasi tersebut, kata dia, dikaji pula kemungkinan untuk perluasan penerima manfaat dan peningkatan nominal bantuan.
Opsi itu, menurutnya untuk
lebih mendorong daya beli dan konsumsi masyarakat, sehingga mampu
mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional.
Dia
menegaskan pengkajian peningkatan nominal bantuan itu tak hanya untuk
satu program saja, tapi juga beberapa program bantuan pemerintah.
“Jadi tidak secara khusus hanya untuk program Kartu Prakerja,” kata dia.
Selanjutnya, ia menyampaikan dalam rapat pleno itu juga dibahas dua program yang paling akhir diluncurkan pemerintah.
Kedua
program itu adalah Banpres Produktif Usaha Mikro (BPUM) yang
diluncurkan 24 Agustus dan Bantuan Subsidi Gaji/Upah yang diluncurkan 27
Agustus 2020.
Program BPUM per Jumat (4/9/2020) telah
disalurkan sebesar Rp 13,4 triliun dengan jumlah penerima sebanyak 5,59
juta pelaku usaha mikro.
Sedangkan untuk program
subsidi gaji, pada batch 1 sudah terealisasi untuk 2,5 juta orang dan
batch 2 sebanyak 3 juta penerima, dari total penerima yang ditargetkan
sebanyak 15,7 juta penerima.
Besaran Bantuan Pemerintah
Diberitakan
sebelumnya, ada sejumlah program bantuan pemerintah selama pandemi. Di
antaranya yaitu Kartu Prakerja, bantuan UMKM, Bantuan Subsidi gaji/Upah
(BSU), dan Bantuan Sosial Tunai ( BST).
Peserta program Prakerja bisa mendapatkan biaya pelatihan dan insentif dengan total Rp 3,5 juta.
Rinciannya
biaya pelatihan Rp 1 juta, insentif Rp 600.000 per bulan selama 4
bulan, dan insentif survei kebekerjaan Rp 150.000 (tiga kali survei).
Sementara itu, penerima bantuan UMKM bisa mendapatkan Rp 2,4 juta.
Kemudian
para karyawan swasta dan pegawai honorer yang bergaji di bawah Rp 5
juta dan menjadi peserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan juga mendapatkan bantuan
dari pemerintah totalnya sebesar Rp 2,4 juta.
Selanjutnya, masyarakat terdampak Covid-19 bisa mendapatkan bantuan sebesar Rp 500.000 lewat BST tambahan dari Kemensos.
