Saat ditembak pada Minggu (16/8/2020), sapi milik Samsuddin itu dalam kondisi bunting.
Bermula Saat Sapi Masuk Kawasan Asrama Polsek
Anak
sang pemilik Samsuddin, Syahrul, menjelaskan, pada pertengahan Agustus
2020, sapinya dan sapi warga masuk ke kawasan asrama Polsek.
“Jadi
waktu itu sapi ayah dan sapi warga masuk di kawasan asrama Polsek,
apalagi keadaan pagar sudah rusak. Saat itu anggota polisi melakukan
penembakan,” ujar Syahrul.
Sapi milik ayahnya yang ditembak oleh Brigpol M dalam kondisi bunting dan diperkirakan melahirkan pada Oktober 2020.
Adapun
lahan yang dimasuki induk sapi, kata Syahrul, dahulu dikelola oleh
masyarakat sebagai lahan tani atas perintah salah satu polisi.
Namun, saat ini sudah tak ada aktivitas tani dan tanaman di tempat tersebut, kondisi pagarnya pun telah rusak.
Sesuai kesepakatan masyarakat setempat, kata Syahrul, musim ini adalah musim lepas ternak jika mengacu pada Perdes Kembang Ragi.
Akan Dijual Untuk Biaya Kuliah dan Kebutuhan Hidup
Syahrul menyayangkan tindakan penembakan oleh polisi yang mengakibatkan sapinya mati.
Padahal, sapi itu sedianya akan dijual untuk memenuhi biaya kuliah dan kebutuhan sehari-hari keluarga mereka.
Sang ayah, tutur Syahrul, bahkan masih terpukul dengan insiden penembakan tersebut.
“Jadi induk sapi itu ketika melahirkan, maka anaknya dijual untuk biaya kuliah dan kebutuhan lainnya,” kata dia.
Terlebih lagi, ayahnya kini tak lagi bisa bekerja karena usia. Sedangkan ibunya harus berjualan kue untuk mencukupi biaya hidup.
“Saat
ini, ayah sudah tua, tidak bisa kerja keras lagi. Tentu sangat sedih
ketika mengetahui sapi yang dipelihara selama ini mati,” tutur dia pilu.
Keluarga Minta Sapi Diganti
Menyusul
kejadian itu, keluarga Samsuddin mendatangi Mapolsek Pasimasunggu.
Keluarga dan pihak kepolisian sempat melakukan musyawarah.
“Awalnya ayah saya ditawari uang Rp 3 juta, tapi saya tidak sepakat karena harga sapi Rp 10 juta,” tuturnya.
Lantaran keluarga mereka terdesak kebutuhan, pihak keluarga menginginkan sapi yang ditembak mati tersebut segera diganti.
“Namun,
sampai saat ini belum ada penggantinya. Harapannya semoga pihak polisi
cepat bertindak karena kami juga butuh,” kata Syahrul.
Anggota Diberi Sanksi
Kapolres Selayar AKBP Temmangnganro Machmud memberikan sanksi disiplin kepada anggotanya yang berinisial Brigpol M.
Ia
diberi sanksi lantaran melakukan penembakan. Namun, sejauh ini, polisi
masih belum memberikan kepastian kapan akan mengganti sapi milik warga
itu.
Pihak polsek ataupun polres sama-sama belum memberikan jawaban pasti perihal penggantian sapi.
“Saya kurang tahu soal hal tersebut,” kata Kapolres.
